On 2nd February, we went to the theatre “Don Bosco” in Potenza with our school. We saw “Romeo and Juliet” by Shakespeare, but in a different way than the tragedy… we saw a musical.

We thought it wouldn’t have been funny… on Saturday morning… but the musical has been great instead! There were music and songs, ballets and dances, beautiful costumes, lights, sentimental and funny scenes… expecially those with the nurse!

The actors were english and very good… even if we didn’t understand everything!

The final scene was the best! Romeo and Juliet were laying on the grave… the two families became in peace… singing Halleluja!

It was a fantastic experience! It was touching and we enjoyed it!

We hope we could go to the theatre again as soon as possible!
